We do keep parts in stock at our manufacturing facility. You can call us or email us anytime to check for part availability and lead time for each part.

Given we have your part in stock, the lead time should be 5 – 7 business days from the date of purchase. if we do not have your part in stock, we can refer an aftermarket part that would be compatible with your mixer model so you don’t miss any working days for your machinery. 

We do have a one year structural warranty policy that is restricted to our equipment parts that we manufactured originally. An example would be the frame of the mixer whereas the Honda GX690 engine we would not cover that would fall under Honda’s warranty policy.

Yes, we make all our equipment with parts that are easy to replace from third-party vendors or you can find them locally at your local parts store. Contact our parts team, to find the best aftermarket solution or parts order from our factory. 

You can find your equipment serial number on the frame of the equipment. It helps us identify your order and check the warranty claim timeline to see if you qualify for the warranty claim.
